Before that, she worked hands-on as a Project/Program manager with teams ranging from startups to large enterprises. Everywhere she saw the same pattern: talented people burning out on repetitive checks while testing gets squeezed by deadlines and budgets. Anna values time, the predictability of tools, and the boundless creativity of people. She’d rather spend human energy on hard problems and good decisions.
